No. 1641 is a honey unique to the banks of Walnut Creek in McDonough, GA.  The worker bees from each hive located in apiary No. 1641 gather nectar from the riparian and lowland areas surrounding the creek.  With diverse foraging opportunities from the early blooming willows to spring flowering fruit trees, hardwoods, and blackberry brambles the honey season is extended with a late splash of summer wildflowers that gives No. 1641 a taste that is reminiscent of summer.
