No. 1939 is a honey derived from the harvest of all the combined apiaries.  After draining the honey from the comb cappings, which are removed during the extraction process, the net sum is blended to create a special seasonal honey.  No. 1939 is in memory of my mom who was born in 1939 and passed away in 2013 of ovarian cancer.  Proceeds from the sale of No. 1939 are donated to organizations supporting Ovarian Cancer Research.
